Tinytag Environmental data loggers

Defense organizations worldwide use Tinytag data loggers to monitor environmental variables that can cause premature failure of Ordnance, Munitions and Explosives (OME) such as the damaging effects of extremes of temperature.

Temperature monitoring using Tinytags alerts you to abnormal environmental exposure and hence allows prediction of possible failure modes.  Other damaging parameters such as severe shock, vibration, humidity and changes in atmospheric pressure can also be recorded during transport and storage.  This allows the owner to make reasoned decisions regarding the safety and reliability of the store and aid in reducing the financial, environmental and logistic costs of disposal or repair.

COTS Solutions for whole life assessments

In collaboration with Portsmouth Aviation, Gemini Data loggers are now focusing research on the possible impact of these stimuli in order to perfect data loggers that will produce ‘real-time’ data on the environmental conditions experienced by OME. .

Comprehensive Tinytag Explorer data logging software is available to allow analysis and interpretation of downloaded data.
